Cameron plans on shooting the three sequels simultaneously, and he's got four new screenwriters on board to help him pen the three stories.

"Building upon the world we created with Avatar has been a rare and incredibly rewarding experience," the director said in a statement. "In writing the new films, I've come to realize that...

Katy Perry and Russell Brand celebrated their one year wedding anniversary on Sunday. On Saturday, the couple enjoyed a romantic bike ride through New York City.

Many said it wouldn't last. And let's face it, many celebrity marriages fail. Over the spring and summer the rumor was their relationship was in trouble because they were rarely spotted together. The two denied they were splitting up.

Katy recently starred in "The Smurfs" and recently performed at the Rock in Rio concert in Brazil. Russell has several films in production including "Rock of Ages," "Drop Dead Fred" and "Lamb of G...

Neil Patrick Harris Tried Acid In Mexico

August 10th, 2011 10:00am EDT
Neil Patrick Harris
Neil Patrick Harris has dabbled with drugs - and vowed never to do it again.

He explained, "I've had my fair share of fun. I tried acid, once. But I think it had been watered down or something. So it wasn't, apparently, what it was supposed to have been.

"But I do remember lying outside in Mexico, where it happened. There was a tree outside and suddenly the limbs of the tree became frogs hanging upside down. That was, understandably, the last time I did that."

Neil currently stars in "The Smurfs in 3D."

The Smurfs have been left a little blue after learning their hit family film didn't quite have the pulling power at the U.S. box office to share the top spot at the weekend.

Initial estimates suggested the film had tied for the number one slot with action blockbuster Cowboys & Aliens - but official figures have the little blue men in second place.

Harrison Ford and Daniel Craig's film have edged ahead, claiming $1 million more than The Smurfs at the U.S. box office.

Cowboys & Aliens romped to the top of the charts with a $36.4 million opening weekend take.

Well, lots, actually, but we’re only listing the top ten (along with some cast and director suggestions).

Fashion Fails: Jessica Biel, Rose McGowan, And More

Jessica Biel
It's Fashion Fail Friday! That means we take a break from letting you know how good all of your favorite stars look to show the other side of fashion: The fails!

Jessica Biel appeared at Comic Con to talk about the Total Recall remake. Perhaps all that time discussing the original film has her thinking it's the 90s again, because that's where her hiked-up shorts and belly-baring shirt belong.

Remember when denim dresses were stylish? Neither do we, but apparently they were. Rose McGowan is trying to bring the fad back, and she fails miserably in a dress that looks like an over-sized pan...

“Captain America: The First Avenger” surprised me last week, by outdoing other summer superhero films like “Thor” and “Green Lantern.” Director Joe Johnston delivers a good old fashioned fun time injecting action, humor, and just the right amount of camp into the film. This week you’ll have the chance to catch the sci-fi action epic “Cowboys & Aliens,” the romantic dramedy “Crazy, Stupid, Love,” the silly comedy “The Smurfs,” the British alien invasion flick “Attack the Block,” the independent drama “The Future,” the biopic “The Devil’s...
