Kate Hudson is preparing a handwritten mantra which she plans to give to all new moms who ask her how she lost all her baby weight. The actress reveals she struggled to lose the weight she gained carrying baby Ryder and suffered bouts of depression as she battled the bulge. Hudson insists that positive thinking was the thing that gave her the edge, and she's convinced the idea will work for other moms too.
