Director John McTiernan Withdraws His Guilty Plea

Director John McTiernan has dramatically withdrawn his guilty plea in relation to charges of lying to the FBI, blaming the u-turn on lack of legal representation when he made the admission last year .The Die Hard filmmaker continues to deny all knowledge of private investigator Anthony Pellicano's illegal activities in 2000, although he has previously admitted to hiring the spy to gather information on Rollerball producer Charles Roven.

Rebecca RomijnRebecca Romijn pulled the plug on nude scenes in action film Rollerball after discovering naughty producers had added nipples to her covered breasts. The actress agreed to the steamy steam room scene after movie bosses assured her that her private parts would not be shown in the finished film. But she was horrified when she saw an early screening and realized the powers that be used computer graphics to add fake nipples to her breasts.

Director Charged With Lying to FBI

Die Hard director John McTiernan has been charged with lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation when quizzed about his relationship with Hollywood private detective Anthony Pellicano. McTiernon told federal investigators last month he had no knowledge of Pellicano's wire tapping - but the FBI claim McTiernan hired Pellicano to tap phone calls involving producer Charles Roven, who worked with him on Rollerball.
