Robocop is returning to the big screen - 15 years after the cyborg crime fighter handed over his badge and gun.

Rachel Weisz expected her filmmaker fiancé Darren Aronofsky to be "intense and weird," but she was thrilled to discover he's not as dark and brooding as his movies. The star admires Aronofsky's talent for making deep, depressing movies like Requiem For A Dream and PI while maintaining a lighter, more fun-loving attitude towards everyday life.

Rachel Weisz's film director fiance Darren Aronofsky is such a huge fan of the hit TV drama Lost that he has signed up to direct an episode. The Requiem for a Dream director made a call to the desert island show's bosses to ask if he could head an episode, and he was thrilled when they agreed. Aronofsky's episode will be broadcast in May 2006.
