September 10th, 2010 7:00pm EDT
Ali Larter
Actress Ali Larter is expecting a baby boy when she gives birth this winter.

The Obsessed star and her husband, writer/actor Hayes MacArthur, announced Larter was expecting their first child in July, and the couple has kept the baby's sex under wraps.

However, Larter spilled the secret on comedian Jimmy Fallon's late night show on Thursday, when the funnyman presented her with a pair of onesies - one pink and one blue.

Snatching the blue baby suit, she shouted the news and delivered a raunchy quip: "We're having a baby boy! Yes, I have a little penis inside of me."

However Larter, 34, admits she kept the exciting news under wraps for months before stepping out with her growing baby bump, because she wanted to enjoy the early stages of her pregnancy in private.

25 Worst Movies Of 2009

November 27th, 2009 9:46am EST
The Body
Wow, there were some bad movies, like really bad, in 2009 but since we are optimists we like to think the good outnumbered the bad. We already discussed the good movies, and now we will feature the bad and ugly of 2009. Sometimes bad movies are entertaining enough to keep our attention for a few hours but sometimes the movies are so bad we induce vomiting to make us feel better.

Couples Retreat (25) had the cast and the budget to be a funny flick and it came out in the fourth quarter of 2009 when the best movies already came out. This movie was bad, not funny, and it might have marked th...

Nia Long Disses Beyonce's Acting Skills

July 17th, 2009 11:52am EDT
Nia Long in Pride Magazine
Nia Long doesn't hide her opinion when it comes to singers making the move to the big screen - especially when said singer is hired based on star power instead of skill.

In her interview for the cover story of Pride Magazine, she says "If you're a singer, not an actress, you should sing. If you're a rapper, you should rap."

The opinionated answer came when she was asked what she thought of Beyonce's performance in the thriller Obsessed.

"I didn't see 'Obsessed,' so I can’t comment, but it's just not about how talented you are anymore. It's about, 'How much box-office revenue will t...

Kelly Rowland: 'There Is No Destiny's Child Reunion'

July 16th, 2009 3:16pm EDT
No Destiny
Kelly Rowland has dismissed reports she and her former band mates Beyonce and Michelle Williams are working on one final Destiny's Child album, urging eager fans to "simmer down."

The Independent Women hit-makers parted ways in 2005 to embark on solo careers. Rumors recently surfaced claiming the trio was heading back into the recording studio to make a fifth studio disc because they were said to be contractually obliged to Sony Music subsidiary Columbia Records to deliver another project.

However, Rowland insists there is no such album or contract clause - and there has been no talk...

Movie Remakes & Recastings We Hope To Never See

June 8th, 2009 9:40am EDT
Mary Poppins
In the wake of the current brain-draining drive to remake just about everything Hollywood has ever had to offer, there are some films that are so sacred they should never be touched. This is a blatant retort to the deluge of watered down franchises, remakes, medium changes, etc. It ranges in levels of snark from low to apocalyptic strength.

My frustration with this extremely long trend came to a fever pitch after watching the Obsessed trailer. Anyone even peripherally familiar with Fatal Attraction could easily catch the obvious, racially spurred recasting of a classic film.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — "Star Trek" beamed itself up to the top of the box office, earning $76.5 million in its opening weekend.

Will Smith Says He's The Best Pick To Play A Black 007

May 7th, 2009 8:23am EDT
Will Smith
Will Smith has added his name to the list of stars who want to be the first black James Bond, insisting he'll be the best choice for producers.

Rap mogul Diddy and Jamie Foxx have both put their names forward as a possible replacement for current 007 Daniel Craig, and recently Obsessed star Idris Elba suggested he'd be a better choice because he's British. Diddy went so far as to shoot a 007-themed TV ad for his fragrance line in an effort to show producers what he'd look like as a black Bond.

But Smith insists he's the best choice: "Puff probably lives the most like James Bond an...

Idris Elba Knocked Out By His Co-Stars' Beauty

April 25th, 2009 9:00am EDT
Idris Elba
Obsessed star Idris Elba struggled with some scenes in the new romantic thriller - because he couldn't take his eyes off co-stars Beyonce Knowles and Ali Larter.

The British actor plays Beyonce's husband in the movie and Larter his smitten, psychotic secretary - and Elba admits he was so taken by the beauty of his co-stars and their nasty fight scenes, he'd forget cues and lines.

He explains, "I'm watching Beyonce and Ali go at it, being catty to each other, (and then someone would say) 'Idris, it's your line.' 'Oh, my God, yeah, sorry. Now where am I?'"

He admits working ...

April 23rd, 2009 11:27am EDT
Obsessed
Obsessive Beyonce fans can get a fix of their favorite diva this weekend with her new movie, 'Obsessed.' After her powerful, but little seen performance as legendary blues musician in last year's 'Cadillac Records' Miss B is putting down the microphone for her latest film, playing a wife forced to defend herself and her husband against a well…obsessed…co-worker. So unless she bursts into sung warnings of "The Boy is Mine" or "Your Cheatin' Heart," 'Obsessed' will join her non-musical roles in 'The Pink Panther' and 'Austin Powers in Goldmember' (and even those have their musical moments and...
