Nick Cassavetes directs Cameron Diaz in the drama My Sister's Keeper, an adaptation of the Jodi Picoult novel concerning a 13-year-old's (Abigail Breslin) lawsuit against her parents alleging that they conceived her in order for her to become a bone marrow donor for her sick older sister (Sofia Vassilieva).
