As I sit here preparing this column, the Oscars have not aired yet, but I must admit there’s not a high likelihood that I will be watching them when they come on. Most years I’ll watch a few minutes here or there, if I’m interested to see who wins an award in real time.
The ceremony is drawn out and boring in my opinion, and requires sitting through too many commercials to warrant watching from start to finish.
