Based on a play by John Beckett Wimbs, this undistinguished story is about punks in the city. It features Johnny Daze (Philip Baylaucq) who is looking for a Bohemian lifestyle, Ida Rage (Norma Jean Sanders) who collects art and trash with no differentiation between the two, and Lotta Lov (Julia Gilmore) who is discovered in a Teutonic pose as a singer, of sorts.
