Queen Latifah and Jamie Foxx are teaming up to produce a new hard-hitting HBO drama about the HIV crisis in the black community. Latifah, real name Dana Owens, will also star in the TV film, "Life Support," which is based on the life of writer-director Nelson George's sister. The star will play a reformed crack addict-turned AIDS activist.

When Georgia learns she has a very rare medical condition and only has three weeks to live, she cashes out her life savings and heads to Europe for a last bit of revelry. Comedian Martin Lawrence's chubby alter-ego, Big Momma, beat Emma Thompson's ugly Nanny McPhee in a battle of the family films at the US box office this weekend. Lawrence's Big Momma's House 2 stormed to the number one spot with a surprise $28 million opening weekend take. Nanny McPhee came in second with a $14.1 million debut.
