Independent Feature Project (IFP) just announced the Tributees and Nominees for the 16th Annual Gotham Awards. The Awards will be presented on Wednesday, November 29, at New York's Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers. The annual Gotham Awards, presented by IFP, celebrate the authentic voices behind and in front of the camera in films made this year.

Mexican heartthrob Gael Garcia Bernal was left battered and bruised as he struggled to learn how to use a rifle on the set of his latest movie The King. The star, 27, plays an ex-Naval officer in the Texas-set drama, in which he stars opposite William Hurt and Laura Harring.
