Disney and Pixar's Finding Nemo will be getting a theatrical re-release this weekend, continuing a growing trend of films being brought back to the big screen with a third dimension added.

Theatrical re-releases had gone down recently, due to the increasing popularity of big screen home entertainment centers in high definition - but with so few homeowners having a 3D TV, producers are keen to cash in on the technology.

New parents Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz gave their baby son the middle name Mowgli, because they fell in love over The Jungle Book. Bronx Mowgli was welcomed into the world on Thursday at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

The choice of names has left fans and celebrity pals scratching their heads.

Wentz reveals Mowgli was inspired by the lead character in Rudyard Kipling's classic story - but he's refusing to reveal why they chose Bronx, also the name of one of New York's five boroughs.

Rockers Gather To Pay Tribute To Disney

A host of rockers including Shane MacGowan, Nick Cave, Bryan Ferry, Beth Orton and Pete Doherty are teaming up to pay tribute to the Disney songbook this weekend. Sunday's one-off event, Forest Of No Return - Hal Willner Presents The Vintage Disney Songbook, at London's South Bank Center will see the left-field stars playing their favorite songs from Disney movies.

Among the performances will be Babyshambles front man Doherty playing Chim Chiminey from Mary Poppins and Jarvis Cocker covering I Wanna Be Like You from The Jungle Book.

Angelina Jolie and the woman she plays in her hard-hitting new movie A Mighty Heart became fast friends after arranging a playdate with their kids. The actress plays murdered journalist Daniel Pearl's wife Mariane in the film and only landed the deal after befriending the grieving widow.

Pearl admits she knew she and Jolie were kindred spirits and got in touch to arrange a mothers' meeting. In a new Glamour magazine interview, conducted with the two friends, Jolie admits she was thrilled and a little intimidated about her first meeting with Pearl.
