'True Jackson, VP' Star Keke Palmer Is One To Watch

September 15th, 2010 12:32pm EDT
Keke Palmer
The little black dress was made for girls like "True Jackson, VP" star Keke Palmer, who looked stunning at the "Easy A" premiere in Los Angeles on Monday.

It's hard to believe Keke is only 17. She has appeared in films such as "Barbershop 2," "Akeelah and the Bee," "Madea Goes to JailGoes " and "Jump In!"

She is so talented, Keke has already been nominated for a NAACP Image Award and Screen Actors Guild Award. She is also a singer/songwriter and has a recording contract with Atlantic Records.

Better put this young lady on your radar, because we have a feeling she'll be going places.

April 2nd, 2007 6:00pm EDT
Corbin Bleu
While most 18-year-olds are only just starting to figure out what they want to do with the rest of their lives, Corbin Bleu is years ahead of them—16 years to be exact.

Most people immediately link Corbin's name to High School Musical (and an awesome head of hair) but the young actor has already been around the Hollywood block more than once. The Brooklyn-born Corbin started his career when he was a toddler. While other kids his age were taking their first steps and learning their first words Corbin was already taking dance classes, starring in commercials, modeling and appearing in a...

'Dreamgirls' Soundtrack Holds on To #1 Despite Weak Sales

January 18th, 2007 8:38am EST
It's a good week to be a Dreamgirl - two days after the film picked up three Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills, the movie's soundtrack has beaten off all challengers to stay on top of the U.S. album charts. But it isn't all good news - after registering the lowest sales total for a number one last week, the soundtrack scored a new low on the next chart, by selling 6,000 copies fewer.

Akon's Konvicted holds on to the number two spot, while Justin Timberlake rises to number three with Futuresex/Lovesounds. The highest new entry on the chart belongs to the soundtrack of Disney movie J...
