Mickey Rourke
Mickey Rourke has never really played the Hollywood game. Sometimes it cost him his career, but recently some filmmakers found ways to bring out his best work and let him keep being Mickey Rourke. When he talks about those films, he’s as raw and honest as ever.

Immortals opens this weekend, with Rourke as the villain, King Hyperion. The ancient Greek legends of Theseus (Henry Cavill), his soldiers and the gods have to defeat Hyperion. With his hands and footprints now preserved in cement at Grauman’s Chinese Theater, it seems like things are looking up for Rourke, but he keeps it real.

Mickey Rourke
Mickey Rourke always makes sure his psychiatrist gets a VIP pass to his movie premieres and parties as a thank you for helping him "fix" his life.

The star admits he has few friends in the entertainment industry and so when it comes to handing out red carpet tickets for events like Tuesday's "Immortals" premiere in Los Angeles, he makes sure his mechanic and dentist are catered for - and his longtime shrink always gets the royal treatment.

Rourke insists it's the least he can do for his pal, who is largely responsible for the actor's comeback.

He explains, "I did 13 years of therapy with...

11/1/2011 12:30pm EDT
Julia Roberts Snow White
In one of the competing Snow White film projects, Julia Roberts plays the evil queen to Lily Collins’ Snow White. America’s Sweetheart will have to be the ultimate fairy tale villain, but director Tarsem Singh said it just didn’t come naturally to the Pretty Woman.

“No, actually she would play this person and completely come down,” Singh said. “She would be really mean to Lily and I remember every time I turned around, she said, ‘That’s like being nasty to Bambi. You just can’t do it.’ So people deal with it differently.”

Singh just finished working with Mickey Rourke on Immortals. When R...

Stephen Dorff
Around Halloween, a lot of partiers try to dress up as famous Hollywood characters. One actor decided to go in hiding. Stephen Dorff attended a star studded Halloween party on Friday, but nobody knew who he was.

“I wore a mask and I gotta say I committed, because if you wear a mask, you have to commit,” Dorff said. “The whole point is if you wear a mask, you want to play around so nobody knows who it is. If you keep breathing and taking it off to smoke, it kind of ruins the whole effect.”

The next day, Dorff was doing interviews for the new film Immortals, so he was recovering from his pa...

He tells Men's Fitness magazine, "I ate 16 eggs every morning. I got up to 220 pounds of solid muscle. We'd work out every day. Shooting one scene could take all day - and wh...

But the actress insists she was happy to get quickly acquainted with the British hunk, who has been cast as Superman in the highly-anticipated Man of Ste...
