Actress Margo Stilley is "single and happy" after calling off her engagement to her businessman boyfriend.

The How to Lose Friends & Alienate People star was set to marry Bruce Cummings this summer but she admitted in August that the big day had been postponed because she couldn't handle the stress of organizing the ceremony.

Stilley has now confirmed the wedding is off because she and Cummings have parted ways.

She tells Britain's Daily Telegraph, "I haven't set a date for the wedding as I'm not engaged any more. I'm single, happy and moving on."

The man convicted of stealing Kirsten Dunst's $2,000 designer purse from a New York hotel room in 2007 has been jailed for four years.

James Jimenez was accused of raiding the "Spider-Man" star's suite at the SoHo Grand Hotel in Manhattan while the actress was filming "How to Lose Friends and Alienate People" with Simon Pegg and Megan Fox.

Pegg's cell phone was also among the items swiped from the room.

Actress Kirsten Dunst will return to the witness stand next week when a man accused of stealing her purse is retried in New York for burglary.

The Spider-Man star testified against James Jimenez last year after he allegedly stole her designer bag during a 2007 break-in at the SoHo Grand Hotel in Manhattan. Jimenez was convicted on a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in October, but members of the jury failed to reach a verdict on charges of felony burglary.
