The eagerly anticipated sequel to the Oscar-winning hit, "Happy Feet Two" finds tap-dancing penguin Mumble (voice of Elijah Wood) and his pals using their smooth moves to save the penguin nation.

Brad Pitt has been named the "Top Money-Making Star of 2011," according to an annual survey of movie theatre owners.

Bosses at Quigley Publishing Company have asked theatre owners and film buyers to vote for their top 10 box office generators, and this year exhibitors credited Pitt with bringing in more traffic than any other celebrity due to his acting and/or vocal appearances in "Moneyball," "The Tree of Life," and "Happy Feet Two."

Coming in at number two was Pitt's pal George Clooney for both "The Ides of March" and "The Descendants," and last year's winner, Johnny Depp, fell to third...

The latest installment of hit vampire franchise "Twilight" continues to slay the competition at the U.S. box office after grossing $42 million in its second week on release.

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1," starring Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, remained the most popular movie among Americans over the Thanksgiving weekend, boosting its domestic total to date to $221.3 million.

The film continues to draw the crowds worldwide too - weekend box office sales outside the U.S. grossed $71.5 million.

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" sunk its teeth into the box office at the weekend after raking in $139.5 million.

The second-to-last installment of the hit vampire series, starring Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, pulled in a staggering $30.3 million after Thursday's midnight showings alone.

Coming in at a distant second place was animated film "Happy Feet 2," which opened with takings of $22 million, while "Immortals" dropped to third place with earnings of $12.2 million.

Rounding out the top five were Adam Sandler's comedy "Jack and Jill" ($12 million) ...

Robin Williams turned 60 earlier this year, and when he participated in a press conference for Happy Feet Two, he had some fresh material about it. First he pretended to act like a senior citizen.

“A milestone, what day is today?” Williams joked.

Then, he pretended to collapse, plopping his head on the table mid sentence. “Wouldn’t that be cool? ‘It was his last press conference!’ It’s like Richard Pryor did that great thing after he got burned where he’s in the hospital and this one orderly came in and started wiping the smoke off him going, ‘Hey Richard, how about that last autograph?’”...

P!nk, her husband Carey Hart and four-month old baby Willow attended the "Happy Feet Two" Los Angeles premiere at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood yesterday.

The singer revealed that she and Hart are looking forward to expanding the family and giving Willow plenty of brothers and sisters.

"We want a basketball team. We want lots and lots and lots," she says.

Steven Spielberg's epic "The Adventures Of Tintin," the "Cars" sequel and "Gnomeo & Juliet" are among the 18 movies in consideration for Best Animated Feature Film at next year's Oscars.

Also making the cut are "Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked," "Arthur Christmas," "Happy Feet Two," "Puss in Boots," "Rango," "Rio" and "The Smurfs."

The 84th Academy Awards nominations will be announced on January 24.

Scottish actor Billy Boyd married his long-term girlfriend Ali McKinnon today in Glasgow. Guests included his "Lord of the Rings" co-stars Elijah Wood and Dominic Monaghan.

Boyd and McKinnon have one child together, son Jack William Boyd.

Elijah stars in the upcoming film "Happy Feet 2." The talented dancing penguin Mumble (Wood) returns in a sequel to its computer-animated monster-hit predecessor. Also back is Robin Williams as the smart aleck Ramon.

Dominic Monaghan recently starred in the now-canceled series "FlashForward."
