Victor Whitmill, the artist who created, inked and copyrighted an iconic facial tattoo for boxer Mike Tyson, filed suit against film's studio, Warner Brothers, back in April. Review: ‘Hangover 2’ Still Holds Its Comedy Grip!

May 26th, 2011 1:00pm EDT
The Hangover Part II
I’ll never forget June, 2009. The reason for it is because as I prepped for a trip to Anaheim for work at a conference that would last for about three weeks, the process was so mind-boggling and emotionally draining, I needed something to pick me up. What that was remained a mystery, but what I do recall is right around that same time, Todd Phillips (Old School, Due Date) had a small independent R-rated comedy titled The Hangover opening two days before I’d leave NYC. I recall the trailer, I recall the posters, and recall the buzz working up among my film-buff friends as they talked about i...

Bradley Cooper Discusses The Hangover Part II
The Hangover made superstars out of Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis. Now they’re back in The Hangover Part II and Cooper took the lead in speaking for the reunion of the wolf pack.

“I think part of the reason why there was so much room for the second one is because there was so much unfinished,” Cooper said. “You really didn’t get to know the characters. The narrative was really this mystery, this ticking clock pressing them in the first one. I think the difference between that one and this one is this movie’s more about the dynamic of the three guys and you really get to kn...

"Who knows, we could do a spin-off Mr. Chow movie but I still haven't talked to Ken about it. Chow is definitely a man of mystery - like Austin Powers - and he obvio...

"The Hangover" was a surprise hit in 2009 and, since then, every studio has pushed their own raunchy, R-rated comedies into production in hopes of replicating the film's success.

According to the L.A. Times, Isla Fisher ("Wedding Crashers," "Confessions of a Shopaholic") is set to star in "Desperados," described as a female "Hangover" set during a road trip. Since "The Hangover" was essentially a self-contained road movie around the seedier parts of Vegas, the movie should follow the formula quite closely.

The script was written by Ellen Rapoport and previously held a spot on the coveted...
