Queen & Stevie Wonder Inducted Into Hall Of Fame

Classic songs from Queen and Stevie Wonder are among 28 recordings that have been inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.

Queen's 1977 double A-side single We Are The Champions/We Will Rock You and Wonder's 1968 hit For Once in My Life were chosen by a special member committee of experts and historians drawn from all branches of the recording arts. The Hall of Fame, which was created in 1973, now includes 826 titles and will form part of the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles which opens on December 6th.

Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood is retiring from acting, after a career spanning more than 50 years.

The 78-year-old had limited acting success in the 1950s, before shooting to fame in the 1960s with roles in hit Western movies such as For a Few Dollars More and The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

He went on to star in 1971 classic Dirty Harry and four sequels as hard-edged police inspector Harry Callahan.

Eastwood extended his career in movies to directing - and has received Academy Awards for his work on Unforgiven and Million Dollar Baby.

Veteran actor Eli Wallach has been dubbed a "medical miracle" after he headed straight back to work following a life-threatening hip-replacement operation.

The 92-year-old - who has acted in over a hundred films in his lifetime, including 1966 classic The Good, The Bad and The Ugly - stunned doctors by recently leaving the hospital and going straight back to the studio to shoot two new movies.

Quentin Tarantino has angered the Italian movie industry after calling the country's contemporary cinema "depressing." The filmmaker is a well-known admirer of Italian cinema in the '60s and '70s, with a particular love of 'spaghetti' westerns and the giallo thriller genre.

Tarantino, whose favorite movie is Sergio Leone's 1969 classic The Good, The Bad & The Ugly, said, "New Italian cinema is just depressing. Recent films I've seen are all the same. Hopper Teams Up With Tarantino On Motorcycle Movie

Dennis Hopper is joining forces with Quentin Tarantino after signing up to star in motorcycle film "Hell Ride." The 71-year-old, who shot to fame in 1969 as the director and star of motorcycle road movie Easy Rider, will join Michael Madsen, Larry Bishop and Eric Balfour in the film.

Tarantino is producing "Hell Ride," which is being written and directed by Bishop and is described as a contemporary take on classic western The Good, The Bad & The Ugly.

Rockers Metallica have stunned fans by signing up for a Ennio Morricone tribute project.

The group have used the composer's The Good, The Bad And The Ugly track "The Ecstasy Of Gold" to open their stage shows since 1983, and now the US band will repay the musical favor with a cover version of the song for a tribute album due out later this year.

Canadian superstar Celine Dion has teamed up with legendary producer Quincy Jones to record a tribute to Italian composer Ennio Morricone.
