The Godfather and The Godfather Part II have been restored and are returning to the big screen.

Robert De Niro and Al Pacino are set to team up on the big screen in a new serial killer movie. The two actors - who have three Academy Awards and 14 Oscar nominations between them - appeared together briefly in The Godfather Part II and Heat, but only shared the screen fleetingly.

Christopher Moltisanti, notorious member of the elusive crime family The Sopranos, presents a film experience described as "Saw meets The Godfather II" in Cleaver, a slasher film based on his dark world of murder and deception.

The revered movie and its sequel both made the top 10 on the critics list, compiled by Internet site RottenTomatoes.com. "The Godfather," considered by many critics to be the best film ever made, claimed the top spot by winning over 97.99 percent of those who reviewed the movie.

* TV and movie tough guy Frank Campanella has died at his home in the San Fernando Valley, California on Saturday. He was 87. The actor played villains and mean guys in more than 100 movies and TV shows, including Dick Tracy, Pretty Woman, Beaches, The Fall Guy and The Rockford Files.

For the first time ever, the Writers Guild of America, East and the Writers Guild of America, West are celebrating the best screenwriters and their timeless works with the release of the 101 Greatest Screenplays list. The finest achievement in film writing? The classic 1942 love story Casablanca. Rounding out the top three are The Godfather and Chinatown.
