He tells WENN, "I had three little kids the last five years; my wife and I. I slowed down to get them started, but I've just had enough of that f**king minivan! I just had to get a minivan because my back was killing me with the SUV; three seats of s**t!

Kevin Costner's legal battle with an artist he commissioned to create sculptures of charging bison is heading back to court in South Dakota.

The Dances With Wolves star hired Peggy Detmers to make 17 bronze figures of Native Americans hunting the beasts in the early 1990s so he could display them at a planned five-star hotel.

The resort never came to fruition and in 2006, Costner decided to donate the Lakota Bison Jump collection to his Tatanka museum near the town of Deadwood.

However, Detmers was not happy with the placement change and she sued for breach of contract in 2009.

The systems helped the oil experts minimize the damage caused by the massive slick, which started drifting ashore on the Gulf Coast after a rig ruptured in April. But, now the actor faces legal actio...
