Matt Damon has confirmed that he'll be reprising his role as Jason Bourne in another film based on late author Robert Ludlum's spy series.

The actor, who last starred in The Bourne Ultimatum before Jeremy Renner took the mantle of the title character in 2012's "The Bourne Legacy."

Matt Damon is "disgusted" after American politicians stalled on a deal to raise the U.S. national debt ceiling.

The Bourne Identity star was frustrated after officials came dangerously close to defaulting on bills after Republican and Democratic heads failed to agree on a way for the country to bring down the national deficit.

While a deal was finally cut just days before the Tuesday deadline, Damon is furious over the tactics employed by the more right-wing members of the Republican party, who refused to compromise on raising taxes for the rich.

Matt Damon's wife Luciana Barroso has given birth to the couple's fourth daughter.

The "Bourne Identity" actor, who married Barroso in 2005, is celebrating after baby Stella Zavala Damon was born on Wednesday.

Damon's representative tells People.com, "Mom and baby are both healthy. The whole family is thrilled."

The 40-year-old star is already a dad to Isabella, four, Gia, two, and Barroso's 11-year-old daughter Alexis, from a previous relationship.

Matt Damon's Jason Bourne character is heading back to the big screen without Matt Damon.

Universal Pictures movie bosses are reportedly moving forward with plans for a fourth installment to the "Bourne" franchise, even though Damon has made it clear he'll only return as the on-the-run hitman if director Paul Greengrass, who made the last two films, signs up to make the movie.

Tony Gilroy, who penned the screenplays to all three "Bourne" films, has agreed to work on a fourth film, tentatively titled "The Bourne Legacy," according to Daily Variety.

One can only assume the somewhat recent onslaught of the "need" for Blu-ray comes only from a desire to have people buy films and television show sets over again.
