Tom Sizemore To Pen Memoir About His Battle With Drug Addiction

Actor Tom Sizemore is to write a candid memoir about his struggles with drug addiction.

The Saving Private Ryan star rose to fame in movies including True Romance, Natural Born Killers and Heat in the 1990s.

However, he soon fell into cocaine and heroin addiction and at his lowest point was accused of domestic violence by Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss.

Now, Sizemore has signed a deal with Atria Books to detail his life story in a new tome, which will be published in 2013, reports Deadline.com.

Actor Tom Sizemore has reportedly been helping police with their investigations following the disappearance of his girlfriend in March.

The Black Hawk Down star's actress partner Megan Wren, 25, went missing on March 31st and cops have been attempting to track her down. She was last seen in Los Angeles.

The actor, who had been living with Wren for six months prior to her disappearance, has spoken to police and a source tells TMZ.com he has been "very co-operative."

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince star Daniel Radcliffe has called on the producers of his upcoming movie about Somalia to cast actors from the African country to keep the project authentic.

The 20 year old is preparing to film "The Journey Is The Destination", in which he will play Dan Eldon, the British photojournalist whose work brought global attention to the Somali civil war in the 1990s.

Actor Josh Hartnett celebrated his return to full health on Thursday night with a wild party.

The Black Hawk Down star was released from Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center earlier this month, five days after he was admitted suffering a gastrointestinal disorder. And the star proved he is back to his normal self on Thursday - with a boozy night out with pals at the Florida Room in Miami's Delano Hotel.

A source tells People.com, "Josh jumped on stage with a local Miami band. He looked happy and was having fun."

Actor Josh Hartnett has been admitted to a hospital in Los Angeles, California after suffering abdominal pains in the early hours of Monday morning.

The Black Hawk Down star, 30, was enjoying a night out at the famed Chateau Marmont hotel in West Hollywood when he was struck down with the mystery illness, prompting a pal to make an emergency call for an ambulance at 12.53am, according to TMZ.com.

Hartnett was taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital at around 2am but did not require the use of a stretcher.

A spokesperson for Hartnett was unavailable for comment as WENN went to press...

Staff at a Verizon Wireless store in Los Angeles have handed cops footage of two men - one of whom strongly resembles Sizemore - carrying out the bizarre heist. Los Angeles Police Department tells TMZ.com Sizemore is under investigation, but his lawyer assures the website the Black Hawk Down star is "innocent until proven guilty."

Troubled actor Tom Sizemore has been sentenced to 16 months in prison for violating his probation in a 2004 crystal methamphetamine possession case.
