Hollywood icon Samuel L. Jackson is urging male fans to put their health first by fronting new campaign to raise awareness about testicular cancer.

The Avengers star has teamed up with to launch a fundraising drive for male cancer charity One For The Boys, and has filmed a new video message, in which he encourages men to undergo regular medical check ups to prevent any early signs of cancer going undiagnosed.

In the two-minute clip, Jackson uses his famously colourful language to call on fans to wise up and get checked, asking, "Have you got balls?"
