TORONTO (AP) - Ed Harris took Old West self-sufficiency to heart with his latest film.

Bryce Dallas Howard and her actor-husband Seth Gabel have welcomed a baby boy. Howard, 25, announced she was expecting in August at the British premiere of her movie Lady In Water. The star's representative confirms the birth to People, but no details about the baby's name or weight were released.

"AFI's 100 Years ... 100 Cheers: America's Most Inspiring Movies," a new entertainment special saluting the most inspiring films, will be broadcast Wednesday, June 14, (8:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on CBS. During the broadcast, the confidential list of 100 inspiring films will be revealed by some of Hollywood's biggest stars.

* Ron Howard and his daughter Bryce Dallas Howard are teaming up on the big screen for the first time since How The Grinch Stole Christmas, after the director agreed to helm new film The Look Of Real. Bryce is attached to the film, which will be her first leading role in one of her father's movies. The film follows a group of young women in the garment industry. The director's daughter has appeared in past Howard projects Apollo 13 and Parenthood.

Bravo will pay tribute to the nearly five-decade career of director Ron Howard in the special, "Moving Image Salutes Ron Howard" on Saturday, Jan. 7, at 9 pm. The salute will include presentations from Howard's star-studded colleagues and friends as well as exclusive film clips.

Dallas star Victoria Principal is set to be the first female tourist in space. The actress has reportedly splashed out $265,000 to be rocketed 70 miles above Earth when Sir Richard Branson launches commercial space flights in 2008.
