The Top 10 TV Shows That Should Be Brought Back, Rebooted Or Just Re-Run

10/5/2012 3:07pm EDT
Miami Vice
TV remakes are either hit-or-miss, but with hollywood lacking many new ideas (seems like every other show is a crime drama or takes place in a hospital these days) we've thought of a few classic shows that we think would make the cut and stick around for a while -- if they're done correctly.

There are a number of old shows from the 70s and 80s that have been brought back in recent years, some with all new casts and edgier than their predecessors, and others featuring some of the original cast members. Others were revamped entirely, and some casting decisions killed a couple before they wer...

Liam Neeson hopes his children decide against a career in acting, as he is convinced they would be under extra pressure because of their famous parents.

The A-Team star has two sons by his late actress wife Natasha Richardson, and he is eager for them to pursue a career away from the spotlight.

He tells Britain's Independent newspaper, "I hope not (that they don't take up acting), because for every one of me there's 10,000 that still wait tables or wash dishes."

"Also, I think there'd be more pressure put on them because they have my name and so more might be expected from them, which...

Some Think 'Sesame Street' Twitter Post Had Gay Reference

10/26/2010 1:00pm EDT
Sesame Street
Back in June, Bert from the popular Sesame Street duo Bert and Ernie posted a seemingly-innocent entry on Twitter: "Bert: Ever notice how similar my hair is to Mr. T’s? The only difference is mine is a little more ‘mo,’ a little less ‘hawk.’"

"Mo" is considered slang for male homosexual within the gay community, and the post was made during Pride Month (as well as the release of The A-Team movie). Gay bloggers rejoiced that Bert was coming out of the closet, and once again the relationship between Bert and Ernie - who live and sleep in the same room - was called into question.

In honor of yet another classic TV show being made into a movie (The A Team hits theaters this Friday, June 11), here are five classic TV shows that should have their own big screen adaptations – with all new casts, of course – sometime in the near future. Maybe.

Happy Days: Although set in 1950s and 1960s America, this classic sitcom r...
