Spider-Man 3 has been named the most mistake-riddled movie of 2007 by British filmgoers. Fans have counted over 157 errors in the latest installment of the superhero franchise, as compiled by U.K. website moviemistakes.com.

The continuity mishaps included showing Cleveland, Ohio's Terminal Tower in view during Spider-Man's fight with the Sandman - despite the scene being set in New York. But it's not just the makers of Spider-Man 3 who are facing criticism - movie bloopers in 2007 are at an all-time high with almost 1000 spotted so far, up on last year's total.

Actor John Cusack blames his publicity-seeking peers for the public's obsession with celebrity. The highly-private 1408 star claims he knows of some celebrities who insist the public know every intimate detail of their lives.

Rather than accuse the press of intruding into the lives of Hollywood's A list, Cusack points out the stars who are able to maintain a private life.

He says, "You didn't really know about what (Dustin Hoffman and Al Pacino) did and what they ate for breakfast... of who they may or may not be sleeping with."

Do you believe in ghosts? According to a recent Blockbuster Inc. survey, more of us (67%) believe ghosts might be real than other Halloween ghoulies like demons (52%), aliens (56%) or vampires (15%).

Sixty-seven percent of survey participants indicated they believed ghosts were definitely real (33%) or might be real (34%), compared to 33% of participants who said they did not believe in ghosts at all.

Actor/director David Schwimmer's comedy Run, Fatboy, Run, has raced to the top of the U.K. box office after taking more than $4 million in its opening week.

The British movie, which stars Simon Pegg and Thandie Newton, beat Keira Knightley's new film Atonement, leaving it flagging behind in second place with profits of $3.26 million.

The Bourne Ultimatum slips down to third position with $2.18 million, while Knocked Up and 1408 round out the top five.
