Sick, twisted, politically incorrect and freakin' sweet, Family Guy Volume Seven arrives on DVD June 16 from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. With all-new uncensored hilarity and hi-jinx, the national phenomenon continues as the Griffin clan embarks on even more outrageous adventures. Highlights include zany antics such as Peter's obsession with a 1963 hit song "Surfin' Bird," Stewie kidnapping the entire cast of "Star Trek: The Next Generation" and Brian getting injured during a take of Peter's version of "Jackass."

The collection also features an all-star line-up of celebrity guests including Johnny Knoxville ("Jackass"), Bob Barker ("The Price Is Right"), Andy Dick ("The Andy Dick Show"), Sinbad (Jingle All the Way), Chace Crawford ("Gossip Girl"), Seth Rogen (Knocked Up), Frank Sinatra Jr. and Barry Manilow.

"Family Guy" Volume Seven features 13 episodes from the hysterical sixth and seventh seasons in a collectible three-disc set loaded with never-before-seen extras only available on DVD, including UNCENSORED commentary on every episode, 29 deleted scenes, three animatic episodes with optional commentary and several featurettes.

Residents of Canada are eligible to enter ONLY when specified in the sweepstakes "Exceptions", located below the featured image (void in Quebec). Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility as a condition to the delivery of the applicable prize. Employees and their immediate families/household members of Starpulse.com and their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible to enter the sweepstakes. How to Enter No purchase necessary. To enter, submit all required information on the entry form. All entries must include the entrant's name, age, a valid email address and shipping address (no P.O. Boxes) for any potential prize shipments. The first and last name provided by online entrants will be the identity of the entrant and, if selected for a prize, the identity of the winner. We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that we believe in good faith has been generated by a so-called spam or automated e-mail program or via scripts and automated submission. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these rules. Prizes Prizes are specified on the entry page. Entries and prizes are nontransferable. No substitutions are permitted, except that sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value for the grand prize. Winners shall be responsible and liable for any federal, state, and local taxes on the value of their prize. Selection A random drawing will take place within 10 days of the end of the sweepstakes. The number of eligible entrants will determine odds of winning. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. The decisions of Starpulse.com are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone, as determined by Starpulse.com or its affiliated contest host. If a winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be also be selected from the pool of eligible entries. There is a limit of one entry per person per day.
