When Lindsay Lohan's asking why you're not in jail, it's probably time to be concerned.

Such is the case for Amanda Bynes, who was arrested early Friday morning at her New York City apartment for possession of marijuana along with reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence for throwing a bong out of her 36th floor apartment.

Amanda was sent for a psychiatric evaluation at the Roosevelt Hospital before being booked at the police station.

Earlier this week, Katy Perry slammed Chief Keef's latest single "Hate Bein' Sober," and now she's apologizing to the rapper for her comments.

The pop star expressed her disgust with the song about drinking and taking drugs. She posted on Twitter: "Just heard a new song on the radio called I Hate Being Sober... I now have serious doubt for the world."

Keef tweeted in response:  "Dat (sic) b**ch Katy Perry... I'll smack the s**t out her."
