Football quarterback Peyton Manning was born on March 24, 1975, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is the son of former New Orleans Saint quarterback Archie Manning as well as brother to New York Giant quarterback Eli Manning. Peyton played high school football for Isidore Newman High School in New Orleans and college football for the University of Tennessee. He became the Volunteers all-time leading passer with 11,201 yards, 863 completions and 89 touchdowns, while leading them to a 39-6 record as their starter. Peyton was selected first overall in the 1998 NFL draft by the Indianapolis Colts, and has started every game in his Pro career. He holds a number of individual NFL career records, which include touchdowns per game for QB, yards per game for QB and points per game for QB.
