I support Andre Agassi for being honest to what he needs to be so that he can live with himself. He is clearly just like the rest of the world, a human being just trying to understand and figure his life out. I comment him for showing his humanity and that is something that is unfortunately not revered or even regarded as important. He certainly has my respect for it takes great courage to show our vulnerabilities for it is what makes US ALL human. I love Martina Navaratilova and Roger Federer. They perhaps had to say the politically correct condemning words about use of drugs. Bet they also know that Andre is a great, caring, giving person who gave to Tennis much as much or more than he got. He showed how working hard can pay dividends and gave new meaning to the word dedication. He did not have to mention his drug issues in his biography. Him coming out and talking about it and facing the criticism speaks a lot about him. I normally do not feel compelled to share my opinions of anyone in public However about Andre I do.

I think Andre is a class act. It does not matter one bit that he did drugs at one time. He had the courage to admit it and gave so much more to tennis and to education after he came out clean. He did not cheat anyone nor did he win any crowns by taking enhancing drugs. In my book Andre is one of the greatest ever

Andre is my favorite male tennis player. I was so happy for him when he won a career Grand Slam and an Olympic gold medal. He is handsome with long hair or bald. When he married Steffi Graf, beautiful, I was so happy for him. She is my favorite female tennis player. I hope their children will be great tennis players like they were in the game. Tennis isn't the same for me since Andre and Steffi retired. Andre showed what a great tennis player he was by continuing on the ATP Tour until he was thirty-six years old. He helped brought men's tennis to the top of it's playing level. I miss watching him play tennis. I hope he continues to find love in his family, friends, and fans.
