Known best for her role in the HBO series "Boardwalk Empire," Paz De La Huerta trained at the SoHo Children's Acting Studio and attended the prestigious St. Ann school in Brooklyn, NY. Her name means "Peace of the Orchard" in Spanish.

Born Sept. 3, 1984 in New York City, Paz got her career off to its start in her teens, modeling for print ads and on runways. She moved into acting, appearing in films such as "The Cider House Rules" (1999), "Steal Me" (2005),"Fierce People" (2006) and "The Tripper" (2007).

She has been romantically linked to stars such as Jack Nicholson, Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland and The Virgins singer Donald Cumming.

The actress, who posed for Playboy magazines January/February 2013 issue, was born with a recurring cystic hygroma under her arm that needs to be removed every few years.
