Madeline Zima's breakthrough role was as six-year-old Grace Sheffield in the 1990s sitcom "The Nanny." Born Sept. 16, 1985, in New Haven, Conn., Zima was "discovered" by Woody Allen and appeared in his 1990 film "Alice." She subsequently landed small roles in films such as "The Hand That Rocks The Cradle" (1992) and Sundance favorite "The Last Supper" (1995). In 2003 Zima played a young Lucille Ball in the made-for-television film "Lucy." She has also appeared in the TV movies "Lethal Vows" (1999) and "The Sandy Bottom Orchestra (2000).
