No matter what she achieves in show business, Rumer Glenn Willis will most likely always be known for being Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's daughter. Named after British novelist Rumer Godden, she was born Aug. 16, 1988, in Paducah, Kentucky, while her father was filming "In Country" in the area.
Rumer made her big-screen acting debut at age five in her mother's 1995 film "Now and Then." She played Moore's daughter a year later in "Striptease," and in 2005 she played Willis' daughter in "Hostage." After getting a helping hand from her parents early in her career, she landed subsequent roles in "The House Bunny" (2008), "Whore" (2008) and the TV shows "Army Wives," "Miss Guided," "CSI: NY," "Medium," and "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" (2009).
Rumer landed her first recurring TV role in the primetime CW soap "90210" from 2009-10, playing Gia, a lesbian who kisses Adrianna (Jessica Lwondes). She subsequently made appearances in the series "Workaholics" (2012) and "Hawaii Five-0" (2012). She also landed roles in the 2013 films "The Ganzfield Experiment" and "The Odd Way Home."
In 2011 she became the face of Badgley Mischka and starred in a high-fashion ad campaign for the brand. She also released a single "Because of You" with singer Ryan Boone and had a weekly singing gig at The Sayer Club in Los Angeles.
Rumer has three younger sisters: Scout LaRue Willis, Tallulah Belle Willis and half-sister Mabel Ray Willis. She reportedly had a crush on Ashton Kutcher several years before he became her stepfather in 2005. Rumer has been linked to actors Micah Alberti and Jayson Blair.
