Betty White pokes fun at Miley Cyrus's "Wrecking Ball" music video in a new ad for the forthcoming second season of her Lifetime series, "Betty White's Off Their Rockers".

Thankfully, the 91-year-old funny lady opted for the clothes-on version, swinging through a concrete room in a white pantsuit.

But the wrecking ball isn't enough as the legendary comedienne calls for a sledgehammer and a giant foam finger.

"I got some ideas from some recent pop culture events that really got the kids talking," she says.

Hot in Cleveland star Betty White is to be honored with the National Humanitarian Medal and Legacy Award at the American Humane Association's second annual Hero Dog Awards.

Madame Tussauds in Hollywood unveiled a wax figure of Betty White yesterday. The sculpture captures the venerable actress' likeness rather well, although we think the artist made the nose just a tad too big. What do you think?

Fake Betty wore a hot pink pantsuit with sneakers, and real Betty wore a matching cardigan with black pants.

There's sure to be some good jokes when Mick Jagger hosts the season finale of Saturday Night Live May 19, but one of the biggest laughs could come from the fact that the cast members sharing the stage with the singer weren't alive when the Rolling Stones were formed.

Jagger, 68, is set to become the 6th oldest host on the show, following Betty White (88 when she hosted), Miskel Spillman (80), Ruth Gordon (80), Milton Berle (70), and Charlton Heston (70). Betty White is America's Golden Girl - she's the celebrity most trusted to front a company's campaign, according to a new poll.

In the survey by Reuters, Americans voted the beloved 89-year-old actress as the best person to drive up business for any brand she endorsed, with an 86 per cent lead.
