Connie Stevens began her career at Warner Bros as a contract player starring in WB's "Hawaiian Eye," starring Bob Conrad.

Warner Brothers had a great list of fine young players such as Troy Donahue, Diane McBain, Van Williams, Ty Hardin, Dorothy Provine, Edd Byrnes, Chad Everett, Shirley Knight, Grant Williams, Peter Brown, etc. and Jack Warner kept them all busy in both TV and Movies. Seen today those films were magic.

Connie Stevens was in Delner Daves big romantic hit drama "Parrish" about tobacco farming in Northern Connecticut starring Troy Donahue and featuring Claudette Colbert's return to films. Also starred Karl Malden and Chad Everett, Diane McBain and Sharon Hugueny. Connie Stevens followed that hit starring in the lead role in another Delmer Daves soap opera "Susan Slade" again with Troy Donahue and also Grant Williams. Troy Donahue and Connie Stevens re teamed for "Palm Springs Weekend" - a big hit for Warner Bros-also with Bob Conrad and Ty Hardin. Her other WB films were "Two On A Guillotine" with Dean Jones and "Never Too Late" with Jim Hutton.

Miss Stevens was very unhappy when Jack L. Warner did not go to bat for her to get the lead in two WB films "My Fair Lady" and
the supporting role in "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf"

While movie Superstardom eluded the lovey lady from Brooklyn, Connie Stevens founded a cosmetics company that has made her one of Hollywood's richest stars.

She always seemed innocent more trusting, almost naive than most people. A kindness to life and others.
