Sarah Silverman has no plans to give birth because she doesn't want to risk passing on her depression to a son or daughter.
The 41-year-old star admits her gynecologist has suggested she freeze her eggs, but Silverman insists she has no plans to become a mom, unless she adopts.
On TV show "The Conversation with Amanda DeCadenet" on Thursday, she explained, "I don't want kids. I'd love to adopt someday and I have a lot of adoption in my family... Celebrity guests on the premiere episode of Amanda De Cadenet's new chat show "The Conversation" were quizzed about their favorite sex positions.
Gwyneth Paltrow, Zoe Saldana, Jane Fonda and Sarah Silverman were all asked what makes them most comfortable in intimate settings.
The racy question raised eyebrows for Fonda and prompted de Cadenet's longtime pal Paltrow to shriek, "What?"
Silverman said, "I do enjoy a good sound missionary-ing... and I like to be manhandled."
Saldana replied, "I like missionary and I like being on my knees too. And I love being on top... I love doggy-style ...

Michelle Williams Headlines The Red Carpet At Tribeca 'Take This Waltz' Premiere
The 11th Annual Tribeca Film Festival came out swinging on its opening weekend with red carpets that were nothing short of fully loaded. From the much-hyped premiere of Jason Segal’s Five-Year Engagement to Freaky Deaky, Tribeca has finally found its form in bringing A-listers out and creating serious buzz around these opening screenings and with moviegoers. There was a lot of talk after Will Arnet showed up mugging his Blue Steel on the carpet for the premiere of Mansome Saturday night, fully GQ’d and headlining a murderer’s row of well-dressed, metrosexually flavoured men.

Review: 'The Muppets Movie' An Acquired Taste, But May Prove They Still Have It!
When I heard a while back Disney had acquired rights to Jim Henson’s Muppets, it didn’t really surprise me. These cats are pretty much trying to monopolize everything and anything (ask MARVEL if you don’t believe me.) It was only a matter of time before they put these puppets to work. At first I didn’t think much about it because I was never really a hardcore fan of these particular characters. But I was intrigued because I had seen them on TV as a kid. But I will go on record and say I was anxious about this film.

Sarah Silverman Busts The 'Grown Women In Schoolgirl Outfits Are Sexy' Myth
With her hands in her sweater pockets, Sarah Silverman attended the "Machete" premiere in Los Angeles wearing a pleated skirt, skinny tie, and white button-down blouse.
While many stars look sexy in schoolgirl uniforms (see Carrie Underwood on the "Today Show"), Sarah fails miserably.
Her Comedy Central series "The Sarah Silverman Program" was axed this spring after just three seasons on the air.

Sarah Polley Describes Her Seth Rogen/Michelle Williams Film
Actor Sarah Polley earned a lot of acclaim for his first directorial feature, the Alzheimer’s drama Away from Her. For her second film, she tackled the relationships of younger couples. Take This Waltz stars Seth Rogen, Michelle Williams, Sarah Silverman and Luke Kirby.
“I guess it’s a romantic drama that has a lot of humor in it about relationships,” Polley said. “[It’s] about the endings and beginnings of relationships, and what we do when the newness of a relationship ends and what a relationship becomes.”

'The Sarah Silverman Program' Gets The Axe
Sarah Silverman has failed to save her self-titled comedy show from cancellation - TV bosses have reportedly axed the series after three seasons.

Sarah Silverman Will Never Joke About Overweight Women
Comedienne Sarah Silverman has vowed never to joke about fat women - because she thinks they receive enough criticism.
The star uses her shows to poke fun at people - but overweight ladies are off-limits to the funny woman.
She tells Larry King, "I guess if there is anything I wouldn't talk about... fat jokes about women. That always bums me out because I feel like we live in a country where fat women - at least in white America - don't deserve love. And I don't think that's true for men. Journey's Steve Perry Insists He Never Used The 'N' Word
Former Journey star Steve Perry has taken aim at comedienne Sarah Silverman for suggesting he used a racist slur to describe her humor.
Silverman refused to name names in her interview with Playboy magazine, but hinted that the "onetime lead singer of a very popular band from the 1980s" was Perry, joking, "I'll just say this: After that, I stopped believin'," which the rocker took as a reference to Journey hit "Don't Stop Believin.'"
She claimed the mystery man approached her after a show and said, "You're my favorite comedian - you have the best n**ger jokes."

Trailer Talk: This Week In Movies - 'Shutter Island,' 'The Ghost Writer,'
Last week I caught Steve Buscemi's dark comedy "St. John of Las Vegas" which was slightly disappointing. While the right brand of humor was there; twisted laughs and awkward moments that inspire chuckles
, I felt that the film did not have much to say.
The overarching story seemed to be building up to some kind of life altering self-realization or dramatic event taking place in Las Vegas for Buscemi's character John Alighieri. This moment never really came, and as a result the entire film seemed very anti-climactic.

More Crazy Hijinks On 'The Sarah Silverman Program' Season 3
Sarah Silverman fought for a third season of her Comedy Central show The Sarah Silverman Program. It was certainly worth the wait, as she has plenty of highbrow social commentary coming up this season.
"I get in trouble for peeing in a mailbox," Silverman explained. "Or what I thought was an old timey e-mail machine, a box for one of those old timey e-mails I think."
To be fair, she did know that whatever it was wasn't a toilet. "Knew it wasn't a toilet, that's true."

Why Sarah Silverman's New Boyfriend Is Better Than Jimmy Kimmel
In this month's edition of Page Six Magazine, Sarah Silverman gives an interview in which she discusses the difficulty of dating after the end of her five-year relationship with comedian, Jimmy Kimmel. Not surprisingly, getting back in the game after so many years proved to be challenging but apparently starting over with her new, unnamed boyfriend has been better for her ego than dating Jimmy.

Rosie O'Donnell, Ricky Gervais & Sarah Silverman Sound Off Against Jay Leno
Now that the whole NBC late night debacle is settled, Conan O'Brien is free to look for new work. While his fate was still uncertain, comedians were asked for their opinions on the matter. It seems like most of Hollywood was on Team CoCo's side.

Trailer Talk: This Week In Movies -'When in Rome,' 'Edge of Darkness' & More
I took a break from the movies last week, since nothing in theaters was particularly calling out to me as worthwhile. Instead I saw a release on video I wanted to catch: the new "Family Guy" "Star Wars" parody "Something Something Something Dark Side." I found "Dark Side" to be pretty hilarious, although perhaps not quite as novel as "Blue Harvest." As a lifelong "Star Wars" fan, I've always had an appreciation for shows and movies that deftly lampoon the series.

Fearless Females in Comedy
Buried under a mountain of dick jokes and sweaty, hairy men, the one shining go-to for laughs in Universal Studios' "Funny People" was supporting actress Leslie Mann. No stranger to the boys' club, Mann is a graduate of the "Apatow School" but has proved herself to be more than a worthy opponent when stealing scenes - regardless of whether or not the man behind the camera was in her family (the two have been married since 1997). Though she has been in this business for almost twenty years, Mann has only been getting the critical acclaim she so richly deserves in the last few.

'It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia' Recap: Mac And Dennis Break Up
Last week's episode of Sunny, with its dick towels and "frame bangs" (a euphemistic Dennis-ism for late night rapes performed for blackmailing purposes, his casual use of which still makes me cringe), started to make me worry that the show might be headed down the wrong path - being raunchy just for raunchiness' sake. While I enjoy a good teabag joke as much as anyone else, crude does not automatically equal funny. (Are you listening, Sarah Silverman?) So, I was relieved to find that this week's episode managed to be one of the funniest this season, while keeping things as close to PG-13 as...
