Actor Couple Solved Their Financial Problems With 'Lots Of Sex'

6/11/2015 5:15pm EDT
Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick
Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick took a nasty financial loss from Bernie Madoff's 2008 Ponzi Scheme. But according to a new interview with GQ (via Fox News), the couple overcame their money woes in a very unorthodox way. They had sex!

“I don’t think there was a moment where it was like, that thing happened and then we got pissed at each other. It was sort of the opposite,” the "Footloose" actor revealed in a Q&A session on Tuesday. “We kind of went, ‘Holy s--t. Let’s... I don’t know. Let’s have sex or something. It’s free!’”

And besides, Bacon and Sedgwick are both big-name actors. Even a cr...

'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' Leaves Us With Lots Of Questions To Be Answered Next Fall

'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' Finale Recap: 'Johnny And Dora' Ends On Two
Last year's "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" finale, "Charges and Specs," was a great episode. Not much of a finale, though.

Especially considered the two big cliffhangers the episode gave us- Jake abandoning the Nine-Nine to go undercover, and Gina and Boyle hooking up- weren't the game-changers they initially seemed.

Jake's time in the mob was one episode. Gina and Boyle's traumatizing sexcapades lasted five episodes.

"Johnny and Dora" seems like a very different finale beast. It, too, sends two plot threads dangling off the proverbial season-cliff. One involves two characters hooking up. The othe...

'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' Penultimate Hints Of A Killer Season Finale Is To Come

'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' Recap: 'The Chopper' Is Light On Action, He
How much cop show do you need in a cop show comedy?

Take "The Chopper," last night's episode of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine." Jake's chasing the Fulton Street Four, a gang offing each other to get access to their secret $21 million stash.

This case has everything Jake could ever ask for. Triple homicide. Million-dollar stash. Sick slow-motion helicopter dismounts.

Except... "The Chopper" didn't have any actual action. Or suspense. You know, action movie stuff. We're chasing the Fulton Street Four, but for most of "The Chopper," "chasing" consists of "Jake telling us when another Fulton Street...

Celebrities That Turn 50 In 2015
Simple mathematics indicate that 50 years ago would make it the year of 1965. That year was a unique and troublesome time in the world as the Vietnam war really began to escalate - as well as the civil rights movement. The Counter culture began to awake as skirts got much shorter and men started to grow their hair a bit longer.

Gas was a mere 31 cents per gallon and the average rent was $118 per month.

In pop culture “The Sound of Music” was released, the Beatles played their famous live concert at Shea Stadium and the Grateful Dead played their first concert in San Francisco – just to na...

Celebrities With Royal Blood

Celebrities With Royal Blood
There's Hollywood royalty, and then there's the blue blood ancestry that neither talent (nor money) can buy.

Angelina Jolie was born in Los Angeles, Calif., to actors Jon Voight and Marcheline Bertrand. The "Malificent" star's maternal grandfather was French Canadian, while her maternal grandmother was Dutch and German.

It's believed that Jolie is related, on her mother's side, to French King Philip II, known as Philip Augustus. He ruled from 1180 to 1223. Philip transformed France from a small feudal state into the wealthiest and most powerful country in Europe.

Celebs We Didn't Know Were Related
The Hollywood game isn't unfortunately about how talented you are, it's about who you know. Still, having a famous sibling or relation in Hollywood isn't a guarantee for success. In fact, many celebrity sibs are unsuccessful in the industry. While some familiy pairings are obvious, some will take you by surprise.

Jenny McCarthy and Melissa McCarthy

Jenny McCarthy was already a household name when her cousin Melissa decided to join her in Hollywood. Jenny was already famous for her work on MTV and as a Playboy bunny. In 1997 she was the star of her sketch-comedy series "The Jenny McCar...
