American actress Tracy Scoggins was born and raised in Dickinson, Texas, where she graduated from Dickinson High School, and at age sixteen she enrolled at South West Texas State where she majored in speech communications and physical education. After college, Tracy was hired by Elite Modeling Agency and made her television debut on the classic series "The Dukes of Hazzard." She went on to have major roles on the TV shows "The Colbys," "Dynasty" and "Lois & Clark, The New Adventures of Superman," but she is most known for her role as Captain Elizabeth Lochley on "Babylon 5." Tracy's movie credits include "Alien Intruder," "Time Bomb," "Dead On" and "Ultimate Desires." When she's not working, she stays busy by developing workout videos, cycling, swimming and jogging. Tracy's birthday is Nov. 13, 1953.
