J.Lo: 'Arguments Keep My Marriage Healthy'

April 27th, 2010 4:00pm EDT
Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lopez relishes arguments with her husband Marc Anthony - because she's convinced their marriage would be "boring" without passionate disagreements. The singer/actress, who married the Latin singer in 2004, believes lovers should challenge each other and that bickering is a sign the relationship is healthy.

She explains, "For all the stability we provide for each other, Marc and I are both artists. We both like intensity. We are both very passionate, and that still exists in our relationship. If we didn't have that it would be boring. Too boring for me. (Actor) John Cassavetes onc...

Chemistry can't be faked. Whether He's Just Not That Into You, starring Drew Barrymore, Justin Long, Jennifer Connelly, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Aniston, Kevin Connolly, Ginnifer Goodwin, Bradley Cooper, and Scarlett Johansson will be one of those remarkable collaborations remains to be seen. In the meantime, here's a little taste...

Classic Tearjerking Movies

December 26th, 2007 3:55pm EST
The Notebook
The classic tearjerker movie. Many of us watch them with a diet coke in one hand and a box of Kleenex in the other. Whether it's a sappy Lifetime movie or an old classic romance, we enjoy watching them even though they make us weep like little babies. Some won't admit to tearing up, while others put the blame on "allergies" or use other excuses.

It's pretty hard to keep this list short, or maybe it's just because here at Starpulse we get a little sappy when it comes to this type of film. We somehow managed. Get out the box of Kleenex because you may need them.

My Girl (1991)

Nora plugs away at her job in a posh downtown hotel and can't help but wonder what it is she has to do to find a relationship as ideal as her friend Audrey's (Drea De Matteo) "perfect marriage." It doesn't help that her overbearing mother (Gena Rowlands) takes every opportunity to remind Nora that she's still unattached.
