When I first saw in the previews for the "Up All Night" season finale that Kevin returns to propose to Ava, which prompts Chris to RE-propose to Reagan, I let out an audible groan. A judge in California has thrown out a claim from Happy Days cast members who allege TV bosses committed fraud by failing to pay them for merchandising sales.

A number of the sitcom's stars, including Marion Ross, Anson Williams, Don Most, and Erin Moran, filed a $10 million lawsuit earlier this year, claiming CBS chiefs owed them money from sales of Happy Days-themed merchandise which features their images.

TV bosses at CBS have fired back at the stars of "Happy Days" after they sued the company for breach of contract, insisting the castmates don't have a case.
