Leah Remini is facing legal action from her former managers over allegations she failed to pay commission from her new TV show Family Tools.

The star was sued in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday by talent agents The Collective, over claims she fired her team after signing a $100,000 per episode contract with ABC network.

In the documents, lawyers for the company allege she entered into an oral agreement last November to hand over 10 per cent of her future earnings, but axed her managers in October after working out the deal on the upcoming comedy, which is set to air in May.
