"Breaking Bad" and "The Big Bang Theory" won big at Monday night's Critics' Choice Television Awards, winning Best Drama Series and Best Comedy Series, respectively.  "Game Of Thrones" was also crowned best drama, sharing the title with the AMC series.

"Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston, who plays drug-dealing chemistry teacher Walter White, won the Best Actor in a Drama Series trophy. Tatiana Maslany won Best Actress in a Drama for her role in BBC's sci-fi hit "Orphan Black."

Actress Monica Potter's real-life cancer scare inspired her Parenthood TV character's health crisis.

The Along Came a Spider star's TV mom, Kristina Braverman, opened up about her breast cancer battle to family members in Tuesday night's episode of the acclaimed drama - and Potter reveals she helped create the storyline after alerting writers to her own scare.

NBC has renewed its new mid-season drama "Parenthood" for the 2010-11 season. "Parenthood" is a one-hour drama inspired by the box-office comedy hit of the same name that premiered Tuesday, March 2 (10-11 p.m. ET).

"Parenthood" has averaged a 3.2 rating 9 share in adults 18-49 and 7.8 million viewers overall since its March 2 premiere in the Tuesday (10-11 p.m. ET) slot, according to "most current" data from Nielsen Media Research. TNT has greenlit "Truth In Advertising," a new drama series starring Eric McCormack (Will & Grace) and Tom Cavanagh (Ed) and executive-produced by the creators of ad-supported cable's #1 series of all time, The Closer.

The drama centers on two highly creative ad executives whose professional partnership and friendship are put to the test when one is named creative director of their firm.
