Kanye West Remembers Haitian Tragedy During Christmas

December 27th, 2011 10:38am EST
Kanye West
Kanye West has asked fans to keep the victims of the Haitian earthquake in their memories over the festive season as "people are still suffering."

Thousands were left homeless following the devastating tremor, which struck the region in January, 2010, and West has called on his followers to remember those less fortunate as they celebrate the holidays - because many Haitians are still struggling to adapt to life after the tragedy.

In a series of Twitter posts on Christmas Day, the hitmaker wrote, "Even though Haiti isn't in the news as much the issues are still there. Little has changed. P...

Fashion Fails: Julianne Moore, Zooey Deschanel, Olivia Munn

Julianne Moore
No one said simple would be easy, and the ladies in this week's fashion fails are proving it by falling flat on the red carpet - while wearing just black and white outfits.

Seems like a few people are trying to big back huge bows on dresses, something that hasn't been in style since the early 90s. Julianne Moore wore the above dress to the reunion of 90s movie Big Lebowski, but she still looked out of place!

Zooey Deschanel can't decide if she wants to be prim and proper (the dress) or laid back and natural (the hair) while at the premiere of Our Idiot Brother. Either way, those shoulde...

Review: Two Jews' Split Over 'Crazy Stupid Love' (Video)

July 27th, 2011 12:00pm EDT
Crazy Stupid Love
Two Jews on Film - By Joan Alperin Schwartz: 'Crazy Stupid Love' written by Dan Fogelman (Cars) opens with a shot of two sets of feet underneath a table in a restaurant. The feet belong to Cal Weaver (Steve Carell) and his wife Emily (Julianne Moore) Their feet are very far apart from one another...which tells us...something is not quite right with this couple.

As Cal studies the menu, he says to his wife...'Let's shout out on three what we want' But before he gets to three, Emily blurts out...'I want a divorce'. Not exactly what Cal was expecting.

Cal, up to now, has been living the...

Brad Pitt's New Wax Figure Shows The Actor Aging Gracefully

July 26th, 2011 8:22am EDT
Brad Pitt
Brad Pitt's wax look-alike was unveiled at the Musee Grevin in Paris, France, today. We think it's a fairiy good likeness, and it shows the actor is aging a bit.

We just wish more actresses would follow Brad's lead. There's too much botox and nip and tuck in Hollywood. Actress Julianne Moore recently said, "It's hard to age. Let people do what they want to do, but I do think that a new normal sometimes starts to exist where the cosmetic surgery itself starts to look normal, and we lose track of what a real face is like."

The 47-year-old actor stars in the upcoming film "Moneyball" base...

Trailer Talk: This Week In Movies - 'Cowboys & Aliens,' 'Crazy, Stupid, Love,' & More

Cowboys & Aliens
“Captain America: The First Avenger” surprised me last week, by outdoing other summer superhero films like “Thor” and “Green Lantern.” Director Joe Johnston delivers a good old fashioned fun time injecting action, humor, and just the right amount of camp into the film. For more of my thoughts, check out my review.

This week you’ll have the chance to catch the sci-fi action epic “Cowboys & Aliens,” the romantic dramedy “Crazy, Stupid, Love,” the silly comedy “The Smurfs,” the British alien invasion flick “Attack the Block,” the independent drama “The Future,” the biopic “The Devil’s...

Juilanne Moore
Julianne Moore fears plastic surgery and facial touch-ups have become so common in Hollywood, it's normal to look unnatural.

The 50-year-old star is famous for her radiant skin and youthful looks, and she insists she won't be going under the knife or shooting up Botox anytime soon - but she's alarmed that so many celebrities do.

She tells Health magazine, "Even with the laser stuff, the skin becomes so shiny. It's like nothing sticks to it... and it doesn't have a normal patina.

"It's hard to age. Let people do what they want to do, but I do think that a new normal sometimes starts to ex...
