Alyssa Milano has dismissed reports she's pregnant with her first child - just weeks after marrying agent David Bugliari.

The actress has been dogged by pregnancy rumors for weeks - and she's had enough.

Taking to her Twitter.com account on Wednesday, Milano wrote, "Rumors that I am pregnant are still false and still annoying. Please, please, please, refrain from writing such rumors."

The Charmed star wed Dave Bulgari at his family's private estate and were surrounded by their loved ones, including Bulgari's close friend actor Bradley Cooper, according to People.com.

Actress Alyssa Milano has filed for a restraining order against an alleged stalker after he reportedly tried to break into her home on two occasions.

The Charmed star filed the petition in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday claiming Jeff Turner, 54, has made frequent attempts to contact her over a two year period, including trying to enter her L.A. home without permission.

According to E! News, the documents accuse Turner of being an "obsessed and mentally unstable fan" who has made statements "indicating that unless restrained the conduct is very likely to continue".
