Is 'Frozen 2' In The Works?

December 2nd, 2014 2:40pm EST
Is There A 'Frozen 2' In The Works?
"Frozen 2" is definitely happening, so parents get ready for a new song to listen to on constant repeat according to the voice of the beloved character of Elsa, Idina Menzel.

After months of speculation about a sequel to the Disney hit, Menzel confirmed to U.K.'s The Telegraph in an interview that both a sequel and a stage musical are "in the works."

While the singer stated she will reprise the voice of Elsa on screen, she will unlikely be involved in the theatre production.

“Not the stage show, I don’t know what will happen with that. But the movie hopefully. We’ll see. I’m just goin...

Florida Georgia Line Leads Albums To Check Out: This Week In Music

2014 Billboard Music Awards - Arrivals MGM Grand Garden Arena, M
October continues to be the ideal month for musicians to drop their albums – well at least from their perspective. This week’s crop of releases, dropping Tuesday, October 14, don’t quite have the ‘oomph’ of the last couple of weeks, but there’s still at least a potential surefire hit. Normally, U2 would be a sure bet, but you have to question how much an album issued for free will sell. Florida Georgia Line seems to be the favorites this week.

1) Florida Georgia Line, Anything Goes (Republic Nashville)

With bro-country a popular trend, Florida Georgia Line’s sophomore album Anything...

Pearl Jam 'Lets It Go' In Milan

Pearl Jam Frozen
Pearl Jam is one of those bands that has international renown across the world. They have global fame and fans world round - which is, interestingly enough, a common trait they share with another entertainment superpower; Walt Disney Studios. It just so happened that last Friday night (6/20/14) those two worlds collided.

During their tour in Milan, Italy, frontman Eddie Vedder transitioned from the song 'Daughter' into a short rock-rendition of 'Let It Go' originally sung by Idina Menzel in Disney's smash hit, Frozen. Needless to say, it was a completely different experience at a Pearl Jam...

The 2014 Oscars ceremony was a banner moment for the Walt Disney Company. The House of Mouse received official confirmation that its storied animation studio has finally rekindled its glory days. "Frozen" won best animated feature and the movie's main theme song, "Let It Go" won best song.

The success of "Let It Go" can be attributed largely to "Frozen" star Idina Menzel, who voices Elsa in the film. Menzel brought the house down when she sung the song at the Oscars. Menzel's song is the biggest hit Disney has had arguably since the days of Elton John and "The Lion King" soundtrack.

Idina Menzel Says She 'Benefited' From John Travolta's Oscar Flu
There's no bad blood between Idina Menzel and John Travolta, who messed her name up at the Oscars earlier this month.

The actor was ridiculed online after calling the "Frozen" star "Adele Dazeem" when he introduced her to the stage to perform "Let It Go."

Menzel has brushed off the incident, telling Billboard.com: "He was really gracious and sent this gorgeous email, and we're buddies and it's all cool." She added: "Please. I mean, I've only benefited from it!"

An embarrased Travolta also sent Menzel a huge bouquet of flowers to apologize.

The actress admits she was slightly confused wh...

Like Sandra Dee, this week’s ‘Glee’ was lousy with virginity. Expectations were high after promos showed Rachel, Finn, Kurt and Blaine all getting their sexy on… but as it happened, ‘The First Time’ was kind of disappointing.

Unfortunately, West Side Story just doesn’t lend itself to this theme the way Madonna does. The season one tribute to the Queen of Pop covered similar territory and featured “Like a Virgin,” the most perfect song for the occasion. More importantly, the subject of de-flowering came up naturally and organically. Conversely, this week’s sudden sexual awakening isn’t moti...
