People's Choice Award winner Billy Campbell is set to reprise his role as Jordan Collier for the first time as a series regular in the Emmy-nominated and critically acclaimed hit series The 4400. Returning for its fourth season, the series will premiere in summer 2007 with 13 one-hour original episodes.
