With genuine talent and a captivating presence, Sarah Lancaster is turning heads as one of Hollywood's ascending young stars. In fact Entertainment Weekly included her in its "2004 Must List," a barometer of all that's "smart, sexy, and reeking of power."

Lancaster co-starred as the beautiful and ambitious blackjack dealer Veronica Harold on CBS's one hour drama, "Dr. Vegas," with Rob Lowe and Joe Pantoliano. She has also garnered attention for her recurring role as Madison Kellner on the engrossing family drama, "Everwood," playing the rock-band-fronting babysitter and love interest to Gregory Smith's Ephram Brown.

Previously Lancaster had a memorable arc as Lisa, the hot gift shop girl and love interest to Zach Braff's character on NBC's "Scrubs." In addition, she had a recurring role for FOX on David E. Kelley's "Boston Public" as a snooty high school student running for prom queen. She has guest-starred on such other hit television series as "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" for CBS, HBO's "Six Feet Under," FOX's "That '70s Show," The WB's "7th Heaven" and "Dawson's Creek," as well as in the upcoming NBC comedy, "Four Kings."

For the big screen, Lancaster played a love interest to Leonardo DiCaprio's character in DreamWorks' "Catch Me If You Can." "If you blink, you'll miss me," she's quick to offer, "but it was a valuable experience working with Steven Spielberg."

Lancaster was born in Overland Park, Kansas, where she grew up with her younger brother, Daniel. Her mother, Barbara, was a homemaker, and her father, Michael, was in real estate. It was his job that led the family to Mission Viejo, California when she was ten years old. Soon after the move, Lancaster began taking acting classes and immediately landed a talent agent. After a few months of commuting from Orange County to Los Angeles for auditions, she secured her first professional series regular role as Rachel on "Saved by the Bell: The New Class."

From the time she was in the eighth grade, Lancaster was tutored on-set. After she wrapped production on the series, and having taken college courses at U.C. Irvine to expedite her high school graduation, Lancaster made the official move to L.A. to pursue her acting career.

Currently residing in Los Angeles with her two cats, Lancaster's interests include art, reading, ballet, pilates, working out and traveling.

The resonantly photogenic model-turned-actress Sarah Lancaster began life in Overland Park, Kansas, with a real estate broker father, a homemaker mother and one sibling. The family moved to Mission Viejo, Orange County before Sarah's eleventh birthday, where the aspiring star instantly secured representation and, within a few years, landed a recurring role as Rachel Meyers (heiress to Tiffany Amber-Thiessen and Elizabeth Berkeley) on the teen-oriented sitcom Saved by the Bell: The New Class, between 1994 and 1996. Lancaster briefly attended the University of California at Irvine to facilitate an early high school graduation, then leapt into L.A.-based acting work, with a series of contributions to such low-profile films as Lover's Lane (1999), Mercury Project (2000) and Devil in the Flesh 2 (2000). Lancaster scored her first huge cinematic break in 2002, when she appeared (very briefly) as one among dozens of romantic interests for Frank Abagnale, Jr. (Leonardo Di Caprio) in Steven Spielberg's dazzling biopic Catch Me if You Can (2002). Lancaster maintained a higher onscreen profile with guest starring appearances on Scrubs and CSI, then landed plum roles in two series: the 2006 comedy-drama What About Brian (as Dr. Marjorie Seaver) and the 2007 seriocomedy Chuck.
