Forstmann, who had been dating the "Top Chef" host over the last several years, passed away on Sunday after a battle with brain cancer. He was 71.

Venture capitalist Adam Dell, whose brother is computer magnate Michael Dell, filed papers in a New York court on Tuesday demanding visitation rights to see Lakshmi's 11-month-old daughter, Krishna Thea.

Padma's Bravo series "Top Chef" won the award for Outstanding Reality Series, beating the "Amazing Race," which has won the category seven times in a row.
