The Oscar winner, who plays Charlotte, Efron's much-older love interest in the film, was required to pee on the young hunk's leg to soothe his pain after his character is stung by a jellyfish on the beach.

Director Lee Daniels asked Kidman do it for real during the shoot, and the actress insists she had no problem with the odd request.

The Others actress was a special guest at the annual Gold Week fundraiser Down Under, and picked up the phone to take charitable pledges for the Sydney Children's Hospital.
