Jennifer Lopez: Queen Of Fierce And Fabulous

July 5th, 2011 12:30pm EDT
Jennifer Lopez
I would be lying if I said I had never had grand dreams of being a celebrity. Not someone who was famous for being infamous or DUIs and courtdates, but an artist who has leagues of adoring and devoted fans because of incredible talent, a mystifying allure, and yes, a few minor scandals. Basically, I’d be Jennifer Lopez.

While North Americans lose their minds over the arrival of the royal newlyweds, Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, I’m much more focused on the Queen of All Things Fierce and Fabulous.

Lopez sings, dances, acts, judges contestants on “American ...

And the actor admits he's still struggling to come to terms with the end of The Twilight Saga.

He says, "We've literally been filming these movies for the past four ye...

A thoughtful champion of interesting and original work, Brown has carved out a successful career thus far by backing some of the most inventive movies to hit the screen. From early work with female based stories like "Things You Can Tell Just By Looking At Her" and "Real Women Have Curves" to Jane Campion’s departure from period pieces "In The Cut" and even the breakout indie darling "Rocket Science" (five star stuff!) which launched the career of future Oscar nominee Anna Kendrick, Brown has a...

Twilight star Anna Kendrick has swapped vampires for electro-dance music - she is the star of LCD Soundsystem's latest video.

Ironically, Anna is starring in the upcoming film "I'm With Cancer" in which a young man struggles when he discovers he has the disease. Jos...

2010 Oscars Predictions: Who Will Win & Who Should Win
This has the chance to become the most exciting Oscar night ever.

Why? Because nobody seems to have any real clue as to which movie will win Best Picture. “Avatar” seems like a good choice – it made $700 Million, changed movies, James Cameron directs, yada yada yada – but so does “The Hurt Locker” with its crazy critical raves and industry buzz. Compounding the problem is the Weinstein-backed “Inglorious Basterds” which has been gaining momentum all month. It’s a logjam at the top.

This is created not only by the fact that we have ten Best Picture nominees this year, but because the n...

Sure, it would have gotten the biggest blockbuster of all time with "Avatar" earning a Best Picture nomination if there were only five nominees, but it would have missed out on other massive hits like "The Blind Side", "Up", and "District 9".

Now, the telecast is going to get a lot more casual...
