British actress Rachel Hurd-Wood was born on August 17, 1990, in London, England. Rachel made her acting debut in 2004, at age thirteen, in the role of Wendy Darling in the film version of "Peter Pan." She also had the role of Betsy Bell in the horror film "An American Haunting." Rachel appeared in the British film "Sherlock Holmes and The Case of the Silk Stocking." Her hobbies include ice-skating, kayaking, art, music and shopping. She has a younger brother Patrick and has two gerbils named Romulus and Remus.
